Today being World Press Freedom Day, I would like to thank Mukuru Community members, Ruben Centre Management, our donors, local partners and other stakeholders for your continued and dedicated support towards our newsroom and journalists. We are making a change in Mukuru community because you have created a conducive working environment for our team through provision of tools, resources and creating a safe space for press freedom as enshrined in Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
