Kante or Jorginho? Either way, Lampard has to sell.

Frank Lampard’s Chelsea has to offload this summer and create funds to buy one or two more players.

It has been highly rumored by the English press that Frank Lampard is a great admirer of West Ham’s Declan Rice. There are also talks that German international Kai Havertz is keen to join the South west London outfit.

The England international is said not to be on good terms with his bosses at the East London club and is keen to leave.

Chelsea’s head coach has a variety of players at his disposal who are linked with other European giants.

Italian center midfielder Jorginho is said to be interested in following his former coach Maurizzio Sari at Juventus.

The player’s agent Joao Santos admitted that Jorginho’s great relationship with Sarri could be a deal-breaker in any proposed move.

“Sarri has never called Jorginho personally to talk about Juventus,” he told Radio Kiss Kiss.

“I know there’s talk in the papers, but we have never had direct contact with Sarri or even director of sport Fabio Paratici.

“When the directors Paratici and Marina Granovskaia find an agreement, if they find an agreement, then and only then can I talk about the situation.

It is understood that Lampard is keen to build his future Chelsea around youngsters, with Mason Mount and Billy Gilmour showing their capabilities.

Laliga Santander champions Real Madrid are said to be interested in Ngolo Kante, who has a price tag of 70 million pounds.

As rumors persist of Jorginho wanting a reunion with his former boss, it said that Juventus won’t have a problem splashing out 50 million pounds for the Italian.

If Lampard manages to sell both midfielders who are now in their late twenties, then there is much possibility that English man Declan Rice would have his dream move to the only club in London that has won the Uefa champions league.
