OCS Noor, Superintendent of Police, Ruben Police Station, whose dedication to serve humanity in the midst of violence and destruction shines brightly

The bridge was not just a concrete structure; It was a lifeline for the residents of Qua Ruben and Wiwandani. It facilitated access to essential services, schools and markets, and complemented each other by forcing communities together in shared experiences

Residents faced a tough challenge as heavy floods mercilessly washed away the bridge leaving them in deep dismay and now the once shining road has fallen into a sign of nature’s wrath.

Amidst the noise, OCS Noor heard the quiet cries of her community. Despite his high position in the police force, he did not hesitate to go to war. Driven by a deep sense of duty and compassion, he vowed to rebuild the bridge and restore hope to the affected communities.

OCS Noor’s first task was to gather supplies and mobilize support for rebuilding efforts. She has worked tirelessly, partnering with local officials, community leaders and volunteers to build a dedicated team of volunteers committed to the cause

Hard work, perseverance and community cooperation culminated in a moment of triumph as the new bridge spanned the once inaccessible river. The people of Kwa Ruben and Viwandani were happy to regain the fundamental connection between their daily lives and their livelihoods.
